Being in the wilds of New Mexico for Christmas is fun, but the internets are not as widespread there as they are in other, more populous, parts of flyover country. So I missed Christmas and the promised meditation.
But really, Christmas doesn't need a lot of flowery language. The real message of Christmas, the part of it that actually goes behind and before the birth of Jesus, that gets to the motivation of why God would want to insert himself into the world in such a way, is very simple to illustrate.
