• Howard Wolfson
• Terry McAuliffe
• Harold Ickes
• Mark Penn Lanny Davis

Someone at some point (was it Ezra) observed that they didn't have much of a problem with Clinton, it was the high-level Clinton campaign operatives that were driving them crazy. But at some point, the cossacks work for the czar. Clinton hires these people because she believes they're effective at the daily hand-to-hand combat of Presidential politics. Which they were, at various points, but the moment has clearly passed, and without public opinion on her side, as it was on Bill's side during impeachment, they're all bluster.
