Questions for Holy Joe
There are a million you could go with, but let me boil it down to one. It's even one of those horserace/cabinet gossip questions the press likes to ask:
If Barack Obama were to ask you to serve in his Administration—as Interior Secretary, Ambassador to Israel, EPA Director, Energy Secretary—would you accept?
Yes.

No, because I have virtually no experience in politics or foreign policy. Virtually? Literally! None!
I'm sorry...what was the question?

Well, you've solved every problem except the republican who would replace Holy Joementum.

I don't grok the relevance of the question, Nick.
drip - I wouldn't worry about that, for two reasons.
1) Gov. Rell isn't going to appoint some wingnut to the Senate.
2) The new Senator would have to face an election in 2010 anyway.

And
(3) Democrats just won a veto-proof majority in the CT state Senate (they already had one in the house), so they can pass a bill to force a special election in 90 days. AG Richard Blumenthal (D) would win in a walk..

So, its a great plan. Lets see if BO takes your advice. They've been talking about Blumenthal for a long time.
