And with those inspirational words (and pretty much only those words), Nancy Reagan appears at a photo op to endorse John McCain.  Interesting article pointed out by Atrios about how McCain's divorce from his first wife strained his relationship with the Reagans. 

You would have thought that the first (and only) divorced president in U.S. history would have understood the phrase "it's okay if you are a Republican."
