I am pleased to promote the Ankush Khardori Iowa-minimizing program by noting that Mitt Romney has won the Wyoming caucuses. He gets eight delegates, Fred gets two, and Duncan Hunter (!) gets one. 11% of the state is Mormon, and that probably helped him.
